These terms cover the website and the way a piece of work with RevEdge begins. RevEdge is run by James in Brisbane.
The first chat
The 15-minute chat is free. It's a conversation, not a contract. If we go ahead, a paid scoping session maps the process and sets a fixed quote for the build. The scoping fee is credited to the build. There's no hourly billing.
When the 30 days start
Once we've agreed the job and the price in writing, and we have access to the systems we need, what we build is running in your business within 30 days. If it isn't, we keep working at no extra cost until it is.
After it's live
We can look after it and add the next thing on a monthly fee. There's no lock-in, and you can stop the monthly care whenever you like.
Ownership
You own what we build for you. It runs on your data and belongs to your business. We don't claim your customers, your rates or your records.
The website
These pages describe how we work. They aren't a quote. A price exists only once we've put it in writing.
Law
Queensland law applies. If something in these terms needs a court, it's a Queensland court.
